In a grueling battle of wits that lasted 10 rounds, Savoir Faire retained the coveted Brand Equity Quiz crown second year in a row at Pune. Held at Elysium Lawns at Koregaon Park, the Brand Equity Quiz, organized by The Economic Times, in its 16th year, saw 26 of India’s top most corporates vie for top honours. The Goa based ad agency represented by Harshvardhan Bhatkuly and Rajiv D’Silva had a comprehensive victory over their closest rivals Shamanth Rao and Samrat Sengupta of Kanbay Software who finished second. Infosys Technologies stood third. As always, the crowds were enthralled by India’s top most quiz master Derek O’Brien who has themed this year’s Brand Equity on the James Bond movies and himself turned up on stage as Agent 007. O’Brien said "Savoir Faire was the best team. They were very consistent." Bhatkuly and D’Silva have been on a winning spree and earlier this year they have won WizBiz organized by Goa Institute of Management and ’Quiz On The Beach’ organized by T.A.Pai Management Insitute at Manipal.
